I wanted a coaching day tailored to my specific needs. I struggled in the past with self paced courses even if they were a month long & being kind of left to my own devices so I'm not sure what I am learning and putting into practice is even correct. It's a bit like reading how to play tennis but never actually coming round to touching a tennis racket. After initially thinking ''I'm still not getting something again'' I sat down and wrote quite a few scripts for the reels and got the practical advice. I understood better the theory behind producing reels that are specifically targeted at my audience and has more meaning to it, rather than just jumping on the camera for the sake of posting a reel. I managed to learn more about my target audience & their needs, hurdles but also to look at myself as a teacher & a person from a different perspective. I really liked that we didn't try to compromise who I am & we don't write a bio just because it will be popular or because everyone else is doing it and it's trendy.  I definitely recommend "Day with Chris!" If you're stuck and not sure how to move forward or you hoarded some online courses and still can't go through them & apply the knowledge into real life or you bought the courses that take few months to complete and you feel overwhelmed - I'd say to reach out to you, Chris and do one day of coaching where you actually end the day with completed tasks. I feel like finally have some direction with my content & I'm excited to film the reels and post them on social media & see how things will unfold for me. For me the win was the practical knowledge, individual approach, lots of feedback. I really loved that it's very practical, and that you were giving me small tasks to complete throughout the day and gave me feedback right away before we moved onto the next task. And it worked really well for me as I knew what I'm doing and you were constantly checking if I understood.

Voxer Coaching day was a great opportunity to share my business dilemmas with a caring and knowledgeable individual who goes the extra mile to help fellow teachers with a multitude of issues that we face when going independent.
